I am surprised that there hasn't been a thread created for him yet. This is a character that Sakurai LOVES. He is more than just a boss from the kirby games. He has a trilogy of puzzle adventure games on the NES called the Adventures of Lolo/Eggerland.

Now, Sakurai has expressed his love for this character before. I do believe that he even helped create him. He even wanted to make him playable in one of the kirby games. Since this character is PROBABLY going to make it into the final roster, I thought we should think up a moveset for him. The only things I could think of him doing to attack are doing that rocket punch thing in the boss battle in the video and maybe turning people into eggs ala yoshi. Anyone have any ideas?

I wouldn't mind lolo being added.

I don't think it's a good idea because all Lolo does is move around and kill enemies by shoving them around into a pond.

LOLO is freakin' awesome! I don't care how much his moveset doesn't make sense! If anyone hasn't downloaded Adventures of LOLO on their Wii yet, you should do it NOW! I don't mean to come off like a psychopath, but it seriously is a great game. As charming as it is addictive. (I didn't know anything about it, I just downloaded it cause I knew it was HAL, and I wasn't disappointed. I beat it in like a week.)

Hey Lolo! He really deserves to be in Brawl as he was Hal's first mascot before Kirby. He should make a team with Lala.

Lolo had 3 games for the NES, and has a slew of cameos in the Kirby series. He is perhaps HAL's oldest character and one of their most iconic. Sakurai is definitely aware of and supports Lolo.

It's interesting how small this thread is when Muddy Mole's is quite large. In all honesty, I think either Lolo or Muddy will make it in. They are there both old-school retro puzzle adventure protagonists. Lolo is almost certainly Sakurai's favorite and has all the aforementioned appearances, while Muddy was created by Miyamoto and his strength and abilities make him more suited for fighting. There is also Sakurai's modesty of course, but we've seen that go to the wayside so far with the addition of Meta Knight and Dedede. I think if Sakurai can make a full moveset for him Lolo will be in the game.

I have no idea where you heard Sakurai "loves" him (people claim Sakurai loves every character that they want after all),, but I can certainly tell you he had no part in creating him. Eggerland came out in 1985, which is before Sakurai got into the business (he would have been about 15 years old at the time).

The last game he had on a Nintendo platform was in 1994. His last 2 games were on Windows, indicating that while Hal may own the characters, Nintendo does not (in case anyone is going to question this, Hal is second party, which means not everything they make is automatically property of Nintendo). To say he's probably going to make it into the final roster is quite ridiculous. His chances are incredibly slim. I'm not trying to stop you from speculating on his inclusion, just clearing up some facts so you'll maybe have more realistic expectations.

As much as I LOOOVE Lolo's Adventure... I think Sakurai is kinda pushing it with the Kirby franchise already...

And I know Lolo came before Kirby... but he still IS now part of the Kirby franchise... just as we all know Wario is part of Mario, disguised under Warioware.

So I think Lolo is cool... but if we're going to have a Puzzle representative... shouldn't it be Lip from Panel de Pon?

I have nothing against Lolo, though.... I'm just not THAT much of a fan of the idea of having another... spherical character in Brawl, that's all. :/ (Jiggs, Kirby, Metaknight)

A moveset for him would have to revolve around using chests a lot, and monsters from his game.
Perhaps throwing keys and such... or trapping opponent to death XD

This needs to be bumped, because Lolo NEEDS to be in Brawl.

Sakurai no less than loves the games he stars in, according to a statement where he was commenting on Nazo no Murasame-jo's quality and stated that it was one of his favorite games along with Adventures of Lolo.

And I reiterate my argument against "no moveset potential" - Ice Climbers have a hammer, Falcon has a race car, Fox has a space ship.
