I'm with the medicinal marijuana users on that one. Giving one corporation with a patent the legal right to sell pot is stupid.
Then again, this is a blog which is quite subjective.

There has never been a documented case in which marijuana has killed a person. Not a single one. The side effects are also very mild if not minimal in comparison to alcohol and cigarettes. Marijuana has also shown to be a very effective drug in healing people and could be a link to curing a few diseases.

There are more reasons to legalize it then to keep it illegal. There is no possible way it is more dangerous then heroin, which has been shown to kill people (as have cigarettes and alcohol, but both are legal).
