i dont get it. when i play foxy in melee, i feel like there is absolutely nothing i can do. i've seen the other people in the prs that are ranked higer than him play, and i dont think there as good (excluding pp and lozr.) maybe im naive, maybe foxy chokes in tounrey. im just confused with these rankings.

well what exactly do you think makes someone good at melee? Learn some more about the game until you try to judge skill level.
