Alright, first you get to the website, then you go to the inghive chat, if the java download occurs, wait until the red bar gets across the screen and then where it tells you to login, you type whatever you are going to call yourself. Did that help you?

If ^^^^^^ didn't help, does java require you to restart the computer? And more info please. Does the grey screen have the java symbol in the corner or something?

same thing is happening to me. Only it says "to many java programs runnign at one time, fatal error" and then the box just goes grey
