The ideal patch: Villager

Villager is more or less fine as he is, so I only have a few minor changes to make to him,

Disclaimers:
This thread is part of a project I am doing to create a final balance patch for every fighter in the game, focused mainly on buffs rather than nerfs. I am not, nor do I claim to be an expert on Villager, so there may be some issues with these patch notes. Please do be polite when pointing them out, as I do work very hard on researching for these.
Although it is unlikely we will get another patch, rumours of a port for the Switch do give us hope that there might be one, so please don't tell me 'there won't be another patch, so why bother thinking about it!'

Attributes
Some small changes to make him feel faster overall.

Walk Speed: 1.04 -> 1.08
Run Speed: 1.27 -> 1.335
Air Speed: 0.94 -> 1.002
Fast fall speed multiplier: 1.6 -> 1.7 (2.112 -> 2.244)
Air acceleration: 0.05 -> 0.06
Air friction: 0.01 -> 0.012
Air deceleration: 0.01 -> 0.013

Grabs
Making these faster (because they are really slow).

Standing grab startup lag: 1-14 -> 1-12
Standing grab FAF: 56 -> 53
Dash grab startup lag: 1-15 -> 1-14
Dash grab FAF: 70 -> 64
Pivot grab startup lag: 1-16 -> 1-14
Pivot grab FAF: 66 -> 64

I'd give jab2 some better follow up capabilities at kill ranges, also fix grab just a bit more than that, that's still really lacking.
