The ideal patch: Mr. Game and Watch

Mr. Game and watch is most famous for his move judge, which has 9 possible variations, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. As such, amongst other changes, I decided to improve each judge outcome based on how it normally performs.

Weight: 75 -> 78
Air Speed: 1.12 -> 1.15
Utilt (hit 1) Angle: 100 -> 105
Utilt (hit 1) BKB: 20 -> 22
Utilt (hit 1) KBG: 125/127 -> 50/52
Utilt (hit 2) KBG: 125/127 -> 140
Dtilt (windbox) hitbox size: 10.5 -> 11.2
Dtilt (windbox) BKB: 70 -> 80
Dtilt (windbox) KBG: 120 -> 135
Down Throw frame speed multiplier: 1 -> 0.9 (move is 11% faster (followups easier))
Nair FAF: 43 -> 30
Fair (clean) damage: 11.5 -> 12
Fair landing lag: 15 -> 13
Fair autocancel: 1-2, 42 -> 1-2, 39
Uair (hit 1) BKB: 20 -> 23
Uair (hit 1) KBG: 60 -> 40
Uair (hit 2) KBG: 98 -> 105
Bair (hit 4) KBG: 170 -> 180
Chef (Pan) BKB: 60 -> 65
Chef (Pan) KBG: 30 -> 40
Chef (Pan) angle: 10 -> 5
Judge startup: 15 frames -> 13 frames
Judge (1) Recoil: 12 -> 10

*So the opponent won't be able to steal the apple as easily

he doesn't really need an air speed buff (he's almost as fast as mario) what he needs is air acceleration to better USE his air speed and air deceleration, if he had good air acceleration he could basically zig zag in air which would do alot for his neutral.

Edit: the more I think about this the more it seems air acceleration is his biggest weakness, I'm starting to suspect his super low air acceleration is the culprit for why he gets comboed the way he does despite his weight, fall speed and gravity. His low weight and fall speed means high hit stun and I bet the low air acceleration hinders his ability to DI.
