This thread is part of a project i'm doing to make a hypothetical 1.1.7 finalised patch to give all fighters an equal chance at competing. Once again, i made a lot of changes, due to Charizard being considered bottom tier, one of which has been requested by Charizard mains for ages!

air speed: 0.92 -> 0.94
air acceleration: 0.05 -> 0.055
jumpsquat: 7f -> 6f
dash attack FAF: 40 -> 37
up tilt FAF: 34 -> 32
forward smash KBG: 94 -> 97
up smash (hit 2) KBG: 107 -> 111
dash grab hitbox active: 10-11 -> 9-10
dash grab FAF: 42 -> 41
pivot grab hitbox active: 11-12 -> 9-10
pivot grab FAF: 40 -> 38
up throw angle: 70 -> 85
Back throw FAF: -4 frames (actual values not available)
Dair landing lag: 33 ->31
Flare Blitz heavy armour: 23-53 -> 16-53
Flare Blitz fire at frame: 23 -> 20
Flare Blitz (explosion) damage: 15 -> 16
Fly new hitbox: active frames 13-15, base damage 2, angle 72/90 WBKB 90/100
Rock smash fragments (hits 2-6) shield damage: 0 -> 4

Personally, I'd give uair a much bigger hitbox on all sides of it, make fair frame 7, make nair frame 5, increase nair's hitboxes, make the invincibility on down b come out on frame 2. Make dtilt come out on frame 6, remove 4 frames of endlag on dthrow, increase his airspeed to 1.15, and make its fast fall speed much higher. Also I'd half that dumb jump squat.
