The game name for stages: how to change a name shared between two stages?

[9:31 PM] Blygon: If two stages have the same game name and I replace one, it replaces on the other; any workaround?
Specifically, I replaced Rainbow Cruise, and Peach's Castle's game name got changed too. Is there a way around this or am I screwed (I specifically wanted to replace Rainbow Cruise...)...

(BTW, this is in PM3.5... and yeah I'm a complete newb at this, so if its in the wrong section, apologies)
