Rules:
Smash 4 Doubles will be 3 stock 8 minute matches best of 3 up to winners/losers finals at which point it will be best of 5.
Smash 4 Singles will be 2 stock 6 minute matches best of 3 up to winners/losers finals at which point it will be best of 5.
Initial Bans are 1-2-1 from the following stages:
Battle Field, Final Destination, Lylat, Smashville, Town and City
Counter Picks are Single Stage Ban With the Choosing Players Previous Win Being Banned by Default. The Following stages are added to the stage list:
Dream Land (Can be banned simultaneously with Battlefield), Omega Stages (Palutena's Temple, Wileys Castle, Suzaku Castle and can be banned simultaneously with final destination)
Payouts For Attendance Below 16 Players:
1st - 60% | 2nd - 30% | 3rd - 10%
Payouts For Attendance Equal to or Greater Than 16 Players:
1st - 50% | 2nd - 30% | 3rd - 15% | 4th - 5%
