But seriously, I doubt that means anything, at all. The clock from Super Mario Brothers 2 (most likely) and Tingle has a clock since it was there in Legend of Zelda...

It's definitely a long jump to say that the clock means that tingle is confirmed XD

I think it will probably slow/freeze time for everyone else so you can inflict massive super speed damage a la Cyborg 009

It looks a lot more like the clock from Super Mario Bros. 2, but both clocks do the exact same thing in both games so having the clock as an item in brawl doesn't confirm or deconfirm anything from any franchise.
