I have a problem with some of my songs: some of them will sound fine when they start playing, but then all of a sudden they get static-y and then for no reason turn into another song from another stage. I read the part about what happens if your songs are static-y in the OP, but I don't know what to do about songs that change into other songs during gameplay. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Try defragging the SD card still.
Of course if you have my luck and that doesn't seem to actually help out your songs then try deleting the individual BRSTM files messing up and then re-downloading the ones that you deleted.
If that doesn't work still delete the BRSTMs that are messing up then re-download them then save all of your other custom content to somewhere else and format the SD card then put back your custom content and the re-downloaded BRSTM files.
If that doesn't work then I have no idea what to tell you.

Basically what mimgrim said, you need to defragment your SD card. I have instructions in the OP if you have no idea what to do for that. That should fix the problem.

I tried to do that, but It doesn't give me the option to defragment the SD card itself. I might just have to re-download the songs.

Dearly beloved from kingdom hearts 2 loop point isn't done correctly. Abrupt change in pitch at 4:01. Not sure if its too long. There is another 15min extended version that is way more popular on youtube. Perhaps you can use it as a guide.
mario and sonic (not sochi) winter olympic games main menu has a small problem. If you turn it loud enough you can hear two beeps. But there are no youtube versions which don't have the beeps so i can't help there. Its not very substantial though. This is listening from the youtube video. You can take your time for this one. The game isn't popular anyway.

Ok well, if I give you time listings can you do them?
So that big one I want starts at 0:56 and ends at like 1:45, The one after the picks up at 1:48 and ends at about 2:32 and the next one I want start at about 2:54 and ends at at like 3:26 and then picking up from there we have 3:27 which ends at like 3:50 or so and then the next one starts at like 3:56 or so and ends at about 4:20. The Next one I want starts at around 6:00 or so and ends at 7:26. Next one is at 22:22 and ends at 23:03 or so. Next on is at around 23:26 and ends at 24:43. Next one is at 24:45 or so and ends at about 26:03 or so.Next on is at 27:29 and ends at 28:39 or 28:40 and should be the final one I want.

It doesn't matter as long it comes out louder.
EDIT - Actually I have a preference towards the first if you can get it loud but only if you can cut out those small points where the voice gets really high pitched and almost incomprehensible (1:56 is an example of what I mean) and sounds really jarring to me compared to the rest of it.
