There is so much movies, books, novels, manga and games based around Ao Oni with people on the internet from around the world still playing the games to this day, big youtubers played the game such as PewDiePie and Markiplier which has gotten tons of views.

I doubt the game will ever get on Nintendo Switch but it would make sense if the creators of the Yume Nikki remake made a remake of Ao Oni.
