Who agrees Frigate is one of puff's best stages?

I would say the first phase is great for puff. The second not as much. Also, the platforms help others recover.

Delfino Plaza is a decent stage for Jiggs because on some parts of the stage it has a lower ceiling so earlier rest kills and the water can make rest a little better because if land in the water in the lag of rest it will stop the ending lag of it
