Yes, we actually can. There are a number of things in that video that contradict how the secondary IC behaves. For example, there are instances where each IC is close to an edge (and only one edge, i.e. not on a very small platform) and grabs the opponent, yet throws away from the edge. This behavior is impossible for the secondary IC, yet both of the ICs in the video do it.

edit: Wait, I misinterpreted your question. I need to read more carefully sometimes. >_> My john is that I've already explained how it's impossible for the ICs in the video to be a normal pair of ICs a few times elsewhere on the web and that automatically pops into my mind whenever I see people ask questions about it.

this isn't recorded, but im just wondering:

is it considered a JV5 if you beat someone without taking a hit but you suicide once during the match? the suicide had pretty much nothing to do with getting the kill, btw (so, it wasn't like, a clumsy suicide gimp or anything)

Depends on your definition.

But the definitions that don't agree with mine suck. And I would say no, because you didn't have 4 stocks obviously.

There's a way to link directly to specific times in Twitch videos. But not with the link you provided. I had to look up a different page on Twitch with the same vid.

When you have a page on Twitch that looks similar to the one I found, you just put "?t=XXmXXs" at the end of the url. The first "XX's" correspond to minutes and the second set correspond to seconds.

Oh, ok thanks. I feel too lazy to go look for that page though, but it'll probably be on Youtube soon, so that's fine.

Yaaa!!! It's very hard to do 4 stocks or things along the same level with Ganon. =P Or maybe it's my style that prevents me to do that, mmm... I lack execution!
