While this news is definitely a bummer it's no surprise to me considering how rushed their games have been in the past. I am shocked that this is happening right now though (I thought if anything it'd happen after TFS).

Not too surprising considering all the downsizing they have been doing recently but still a shame, kind of crazy feels like not that long ago when their walking dead game really took off.

Speaking of custom robo that whole thing was interesting to see as well. I guess this means Nintendo has no intent on returning to the franchise? Wonder what it means for the future of the franchise, I do not know much about trademark/copyright but does something like this make it easier for someone else to maybe pick up the franchise? Also is there any other examples of Nintendo doing this with one of their franchises?
