Teching Seismic Toss

So I was playing my friend's Charizard and he did an up throw and I'm 100% sure I teched it. It was on accident and I can't do it again. Where should I press L during the throw?

There's nothing special about the input. You just press it before hitting the ground if the charizard did u-throw from a position that has them land around the very edge of a floor with their back up against it to trigger the collision bug, so if they don't do that you can't tech it.

Sometime it happened against me too, on the fountain top plataform :S
