TEAM ONLINE BATTLES: Choose Partner wisely

Hey everyone I was wondering since Team online play is gonna be available in brawl I thought it would be fun for those of you who are gonna be facing off against other opponents with your teammate, who your teammate is gonna be is gonna determine your preformance right? Your gonna be facing off against opponents who think they are the best team in brawl. I was wondering

1. WHO YOUR PARNTER IS GONNA BE (brother,friend,cousin, sister)

2. What your character and your friends character would be (choose characters that are known for now)

Thats all I want to know. I would ask for strategies but thats going a little too far. Your strategies should be kept to yourself. Anyways im looking forward to the types of teams you create and who your partner is in realife. You dont have to tell me your partners name just say brother sister, friend etc

My partner is gonna be my best friend derek or my brother. My friend would probably choose link. I have this crazy combo in mind where he grabs someone and I choose kirby and do his rapid fist attack where you keep pressign A.

If PK Freeze works like PK Pulse/Flash then I would ask my partner to be someone with good grab range.

Well Zelda was his main in Melee, and Link was my main in that game. We might change it up a bit, and play as whoever we feel like with such a broad selection.

I'll be the Pikachu or the Pokemon Trainer, and my three main buddies will be Marth (if he's in, he claimed Metaknight if not), Peach, and Mario.

Me and my freind own as a team in melee.. so if you can have 2 peeps on the same wii. he'll be my teammate. if not it'll be another freind w/a Wii.

We'll definately hit an awesome Marth+Link team.

Unless Sora is in... (I hope so..) Then Idk.

My partner would be my bro. Combined, we're nigh unstoppable. I'm probably going to main Sonic, and he seems awfully interested in Snake... though he'll probably end up maining Meta Knight, knowing him, so then I'd be Dedede just to match XD

My friend and I always do well as a team. He's going to be a Snake user, I shall be rockin the house with Diddy Kong! Or Olimar.. **** cant decide.

I'll more than likely choose Bowser, Luigi (To doubt his arrival is heresy i tell you! heresy!!!) or Pit. My friend is definetly favoring Metaknight as a character. Funny thing is, we dont really have a tactics besides the usual "cover me!" or "incoming to you..."

Well I'm sure the Smasher Roommates of mine will want to Team Battle, since it looks like we can't do a basic brawl with more then one person a Wii, since I'm the only one with a Wii here.

So I was going to do Link (old main) or Pit/ Meta/Ike (basically if i like any over the new link)
(I use their Melee Profile names since Im not sure they want their names on the net just yet)
HOBO - Samus, DK, Snake
DRAC - Pit, Pikachu (He really wants Nights to be in)
VIN - Marth/Ike, Lucas
and any combination of us four.

Though in Melee when the four of us would get board and team battle each other, the best match-up for cheapness was Marth/Link and Synchronized Sword Swing technique ^_^ Using the swing of one, inside the lag of team mates.

Edit: Forgot my friend ARSN, he mained Shiek, and Jiggly in melee, but is likeing Meta and Browser

lol its funny people on here are saying o yea im maining __ and hes maining __ and we are gonna be a 1337 team....just seems dumb. Those chars may combo terribly then u most likely wont be leet at all!
For me its my friend and me and idk but i plan to main or secondary link for sure and prob sonic my main DEPENDS on who im most confotable with but i can usually get pretty good with bad chars like Link from melee i mained and i won a few tourneys without any problems.Im gonna play occasionally at least with Geno even if he sucks if he gets in!My friend doesnt no who hes maining.

My friends pretty much suck. My sister doesn't play much. I'll find one of my online friends. It's gonna suck when you get someone like Azen and Chillin. They'll completely rock the crap out of 90% of the people they play.

I play with that team in melee. My friend who watns to try metaknight plays luigi and I play mario(I suck with mario but hes fun to play with)

I think I'll fight alot online with my friend Tim, since he's the only one that actually has a bit decent skill, and he loves these kind of team matches. Although both me and him will choose various chars, we're gonna try the Mario and Sonic combo alot in team match. Our strategy would probably be kicking ***.

I might also fight a bit with Douwe, a good friend of mine, but quite bad in Smash Bros. He'll probably use alot of characters that wield long swords or have great projectiles. I'll probably command him to spam projectiles or try to grab characters that have high damage.

I have one of my friends Bobo, who will use Ice Climbers.

My other friend Jish will uses Lucas (old Ness main), or Kirby. He has also show interest in Metaknight.

I, Blow, will most likely be using PT. It all depends on how balanced all three Pokemon are, I'm interested in seeing hoy Ivysaur plays. If PT backfires and sucks, I'll likely end up re-maining Captain Falcon.

Since I like to play as Kirby and my friend might try meta knight it would be cool to fight on a stage that suited your team like Halbred (if majority of the people fighting choose the stage) Does MetaKnight have a rapid slash attack? Something that does the same as kirbys rapid fist when you tap the A button?

From what I can tell so far he will be playing as such characters as Pit, Ike, and Fox. Meanwhile I will be playing as Mario, MK, Ike, Sonic, Pit, and PT. Our teams will probably be different matchups of these tough Fox/Mario is a guarantee for us

I'll probably be either Yoshi, Pit, Peach or Marth if he's still in, and my friend will be Sonic, Luigi, Meta Knight or Ike. Those will probably be devided in some teams too; Yoshi and Luigi, Pit and Meta Knight, Marth and Ike.. and I guess Peach and Sonic would be teamed too then. Maybe I'll use Mario instead then.
