Completed Taunt to Gain Item v1.0

[UnclePunch]

Gain an item when you complete your taunt. Choose the item by going to the item select screen and pressing one of the following buttons while hovered over an item. Text will be displayed at the top of the screen indicating which item you've chosen.

-Press X in the Item Selection Screen to gain that taunt item
-Press Y in the Item Selection Screen to clear taunt item
-Press Z in the Item Selection Screen to gain random taunt item

It appears that this mod doesn't work on real console, i first converted this code into a DOL mod for use with 20XXTE, but it only works correctly in Dolphin, while it's pretty broken in Wii (but still sorta works), with or without 20XXTE, and not even when injected as a normal gecko code, i will upload screenshots and a bit more details later after some expermientation.
