After revealing that he'll no longer be working at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab, Daniel "Tafokints" Lee held a livestream on the night of March 30th to announce what he'd be doing next.
During the announcement, which was held on Josh "Xell" Kim's twitch channel, Tafokints announced that not only would he be leaving JPL, but that April will be his last month working for Cloud9 as Joseph "Mango" Marquez's coach. Starting in May, he'll be employed by Counter Logic Gaming as their business development manager.
During the livestream, Tafokints assured that his pending departure from Cloud9 will be on good terms and that no falling out has occurred between him and Mango. He also explained the rationale behind his decision, stating that while he gave up the safety and stability of a job at NASA, he felt that a management position with CLG would be his best chance at building a stable career around his passion for esports.
