Actually, It's Fox's shine and Jigglypuff's rest. They both come out after only one frame. Falco's shine comes out after either 2 or 3. So, one point less for only one of them.

(SSBM)Question: In the first version released in US and Japan, Link had a glitch that was later removed. What was this glitch?

I don't know what it was called, but link could do his chain recovery on the edge of a stage, then when he jumped, he'd go really really high.

Link and Young Link had the super jump glitch. To pull it off you would need to: Throw a boomerang, then use your hookshot in midair to grapple something solid and hang from it, then catch the boomerang whilst hanging. This would propel Link/Young link stupidly high into the air. However I think it's different on Venom due to the stage's bottom edges, It would instead just make them tumble a lot underneath the bottom wings of the great fox.
