the thing is, its more a scene that we're labelling here, a crew is round 5 people or so.
or we could start a trend like tasmania have done and have one massive crew and call them cabbies...

Nah I'm not making excuses, but sometimes when I try to edit my post (for e.g. if I were to add more people to that list of smashers right now hypothetically speaking) when I click "OK" the loading clock would just tick forever and never post. In case of this event, I will type "xenopost" or at least try to remember anyway.

My work computer, which can run UT2k4 at max settings flawlessly, Tremulous at 90fps, has to have UT3 turned down or else I get **** frame rate. Oh well. It's still easy to play. "If it moves, shoot it. If it doesn't move, shoot it anyways, it might be a noob". Alright.. I won't spam xenoposts.. but its such an honor to have.. you dont mind my posts as much since.. they are XENOposts.. I'm sure we'll see them again though.....

WoW brings some people together, yeah, maybe... But not as much as Smash, or most things. You don't really talk to each other that much, and if you do it's shouting commands, and if not then you're talking over the chat-box rather than just to each other. =/
I mean it brings them together, but not in much of a 'physical' or even 'emotional' level. It's such a dis-connected sort of relationship. Bleh. Then again, that's with any game until you get out of the game... Hmm... Dunno. D:

i might hit up uts this friday. ill be there after uni. will be a bit late though. havent played against the majority of u guys for a while. used to play pat, but he had some mad qqage after i pizwned him in the fiznace. (i might be exaggerating a little).
wow is...well...life destroying. time consuming. antisocial to the nth degree. it's better than sitting in your room playing single player games, but not by much. even if you talk on vent or ts, the fact that youll never meet more than a handful of the ppl you play with (if that many, ive been in north american guilds before) is kinda sad. I can honestly say that quitting wow (both times) have been some of the best decisions of my life. when you look back and realise how much time youve wasted...its ****ing scary.
nb: just to clarify, so i dont get wow people going off at me - i played to 60 pre-tbc, raided up to chromag in bwl, and did both aqs. no naxx. then raided up to vashj / loot reaver in tbc. so i do know what im talking about.
smash, on the other hand, is social. you have to put in an effort to play it, whether commuting or hosting, and you have to play it with other people. you're interacting on a face-to-face basis. even if your relationship is purely based on smash, it doesn't matter. it's social. again, it would be preferred if your relationship extended beyond smash, but, well, it's better than nothing.

Sounds like a plan Jaz, when my uniz end, I plan on having meets alot at my place...though most likely during the week due to me being a working class man on the weekends. But STDs will take place!
Also we need to build up the Sydney team in prep for QLD, where we shall show em how much we have grown! Which...may not be much...but we shall give them a run for their money!

When I ate that hash cookie and played Smash, I felt absolutely great and was talking heaps, and narrating the fight and making CS (my oponnent) laugh heaps, and I was laughing too. I kicked his *** too, 2 games in a row. Then he called himself Jesus and beat me, ha! So sure, drinking and smash sounds fine. I've been so.. disinterested in things lately. I haven't been drinking energy drinks and the lack of Taurine has put me back to my normal self.. uncaring, disinterested, and tired. Somethings happening ..

Taurine is not a drug and does nothing for your mind in anyway its all just the caffeine...
Overall I would probably say the answer is no, unless of course the drug is acid, then your in a whole 'nother reality for a short period of time....
Also...I didn't know you had a girl back home in the states...what the hell are you doing here man?!?
