I remember trying for the sake of showing off, but unless you have good stability I think you should hold off on doing that as an actual workout.lol, I like the addition of Rule #2's "Any violation of this rule is inexcuseable" in the OP.

Quick question: Usually when I try one-armed pushups, my back cracks like crazy. Do they provide a significantly better workout as opposed to normal pushups? Or meh...? I'm not sure whether I should continue doing them.
