Starting a Smash scene is Albury NSW

I'm not a competitive player at all, more of a spectator, but i'd LOVE to start a Smash Scene in Albury-Wodonga. The thing is I am completely out of my element in every way of organizing a tourney. I'd love to know if anyone from the region is here at all on Smashboards or interested in the slightest...
