Stage striking tools/apps?

Hi, I was wondering if there were any web apps that allow two people who are not near each other to coordinate stage striking? I've seen some mobile apps that do this, but I'd rather not have to download something. And I found bans.page and the ausmash tool, but they don't work for people who aren't next to each other.

If there's nothing that fits these requirements, I think I could hack a webpage out that allows you to do that pretty quickly. Would anyone be interested?
