Smash 3DS SSB3DS is lagging...

Hello.
I do not know where to put this post, so I put it here.
I have a serious problem with smash 3ds for 2 weeks. On the menu, when I click a button, it freezes about 3 seconds and sends me to the next menu, the CSS lag seriously, and when I run an offline or online game, the game takes 3/4 minutes to start the fight.
Please, someone help.
