so we need a new thread

I remember bringing this idea up somewhere before but I forget and can't find it:

get two sonics on a dubz team, side-by-side
one springs
then the other springs and footstools the first
then the first springs and footstools the second
repeat forever

I suppose you'd have to time each up-B so that its invincy frames go through the other's springs
I'm hoping for the effect of a continuous stream of springs raining down (well of course only two will exist on screen at a time but the point is to see how far apart they are)

also I'm curious if/when either of the sonics will die. I mean, springing by your own volition above the killzone shouldn't kill you if you're not in knockback-momentum. But can you die off the ceiling blastzone by being footstooled in it? So would you die once a sonic above you footstools you, while he's perfectly safe?

1. Sonic springs.
2. Falco jumps on the spring and starts lazering.
3. Sonic footstools him.
4. Repeat? Iunno lol.

You can't footstool forever though, only about 5-6 times.

About this thread, is it even possible to cancel the upward momentum from your spring and do a footstool?

Sonic Spring + Link Dair = Greatest thing I've done in teams with a spring.
