Specific Character Matchups - Pikachu vs Toon Link

Here is my opinion on it:
I don't have to much experience with toonlink, though i've played pika for like 2 years now i think i understand his and the games fundemental well.
The matchup is definetly in pikas favor, just because pika is such a good character compared to toon link.
Once TL's zone breaks (which pika can do easily with quick attack) he is at a great disadvantage because pikachu gets up close which is bad for all projectile characters.
Also i find that TL's recovery is not too hard to gimp as long as you know how to coverr the tether option.
TL's might not agree but that's them being delusional and overestimating the power of TL's preojectiles.
