Spacies/Sheik Help

I'm having trouble with the spacies and sheik matchup. Is there anything I can do to help zone them out or anything you wold recommend to do?

Don't do unsafe laggy moves against either; sheik will CG you to death and spacies will shine OOS. Poke with bair, retreating fair and bombs. Use the **** out of upair onstage. Nair is sooooper good against spacies offstage.
