Level 9 CPUs are some of the most tilting AI I've ever dealt with in a game. Sometimes they're as dumb as rocks, but other times they pull the wildest of stunts. Things they do out of grabs shouldn't even be possible and yet they somehow do it, it's wild.

Oh well, I'll just accept my lot as a scrub.

Don't the level 9 literally read your inputs, making it literlly impossible to get good training against?

Yes, lol.

They also do things I'm like 99% sure are impossible for a human player to do. They're pretty nuts. I think 7's and 8's are better for training, personally: they act a little more human-like. 9's are basically hax bots, which I guess is kind of the point now that I think about it.
