I started doing it when I was wasting waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much time on SWF. Repeatedly navigating the site normally can take some time, and you don't know if the "new post" icon means its in a thread you even GAF about. So i decided to subscribe to threads and use the usercp a year or so ago, and its worked out well. Still spend way too much time on the boards tho

Basically what we wanna do is post a fake Genesis 3 results thread, complete with shoutouts from the top players, etc. We have some ideas for what to do in the OP but if we could get some of y'alls to write up a fake shoutouts post so that we can all be in on it, that would be super sikk wid it.

I subscribe to threads so I don't have to look at the horrendous mess that is melee discussion while still checking the ones I want to.

I always forget to delete subscriptions and end up with like 8000
