So... why is Squirtle considered bad?

Seriously. I'm of the thoughtpool that he's upper-mid to high tier. Why is it that people view Squirtle as low tier?

Definitely has a few really crappy weaknesses, like the worst tech roll in the game, and Dtilt can be ASDI'd down, among other things... but he's a viable character

squirtle is bad because most of the counterplay to the character is only known by squirtle players

give it some time, people will figure this character out and stop complaining, and squirtle will just be a little ******** character underneath jiggs
