So i have seen a few people import brawl/PM models in melee and i thought if someone could explain to me how to do this. i know it's not user friendly but i just want to learn how to do this

I see that a few minutes after you posted this you found the stickied threads on the subject, and posted there. So I'm just going to close this, since any more questions on it belong in the respective threads. Sorry I can't really help you; I haven't done any model importing myself.
