Submit up to 2 PlayStation tracks!

Please submit up to 2 tracks that crossover 2 different Sony IPs each! Please include 2 songs. If you want to make a track based on the generic concept of PlayStation (like the Rival arena for instance), you don't need to do a crossover or have 2 music tracks

Vib Wipeout - Fearless (Wipeout)/Universal Dance

The race begins on Altima, in the second lap the stage's form changes into a more abstract wire-frame look resembling the box arts of the Wipeout games - albeit with a lot of background details left in as wire-frame versions, and then finally it sheds all detail to become a simplistic Vib Ribbon-themed track!

Track: Metropocalypse (Name is a mix of metropolis and apocalypse)
apocalyse.png
twistedmetal.jpeg

Crossover: Twisted Metal/Motorstorm
Day One.png

Hoo boy... Welcome to the concrete jungle. Welcome to the freaking apocalypse, guys...

Taking place in The City from Motorstorm Apocalypse, a coastal city, having extensive waterfronts and island outposts.

Being placed on a major faultline, the city is constantly under siege by earthquakes, causing a wide array of disasters.

From falling towers to crumbling streets, the city is the very definition of mayhem...

Our racers find themselves speeding through the urban ruins falling apart and destroyed, to get out and evacuate to the Carrier before the Big One comes...

While in the middle of a chaotic battle-chase between vehicles from Twisted Metal and the Dusklite themselves after you.

(With Calypso's Airship flying above the city)

Here, this track would be one of the longest going through districts of the City.
First, you'll start where the Prologue takes place and race with the MotorStormers before getting into the chaos that is about to be unleashed...

Lap 1 - Upper Bohemia
Set in a residential neighbourhood, along with winding streets and some dirt upper paths. Parts of the street will literally rise up or even explode. Overall, this section is a dramatic backdrop for the terrain-changing physics.

Lap 2 - Downtown
Consisting of a few city blocks, segments of freeway ramps, collapsed buildings, and many routes being either created or blocked off by seismic events over the course of the race.

Lap 3 - Terminus
Having a major transportation, hub station, various surrounding buildings, an occasional collapsed bridge, and various segments parallel to the water's edge. Also, a plane comes crashing down on the track.

Lap 4 - Skyline
Set on the tops and inside of falling skyscrapers, which is where the area gets its name from. Smaller vehicles are more ideal for this.
(Dollface's mech Iron Maiden makes an appearance floating around firing at skyscrapers)

Lap 5 - Mainline
Subway tunnels, drainage tunnels, a concrete canal, the city's central train station, a fissure created by the earthquake, an underground parking lot and a segment of collapsed highway, trains will speed past in flames or may even fly off the rails and crash onto the track.

Lap 6 - Docklands
As its name suggests, the location consists of dock areas, wrecked ships, objects dropped by cranes, collapsing smokestacks, as well as elevated areas on shipping containers.

Lap 7 - Boardwalk
Made up of a boardwalk, beaches, as well as paths between the various carnival structures on the boardwalk itself. Changing tides as well as a huge hurricane with a waterspout occurring.

Lap 8 - Interstate
Contains large portions of highway, some of which has collapsed. There are large numbers of Crazies on the track who will fire guns and rockets at the player's vehicle.

Lap 9 - Good Herb
The main segments of the track consist of a double-decker bridge, as well as the nearby shore and a tunnel. What is unique about the bridge is the fact that a majority of the bridge is two-way, meaning head-on collisions are possible...

Lap 10 - Epilogue

Flee down to escape the earthquake-stricken City! Get to the Carrier! THERE AIN'T NOT MUCH TIME!! HURRY UP!!! THE BIG ONE HAS COME!!!!

Mankind didn't see it coming. How could they have? But even if they were warned, they stood no chance. Not against...the apefected.

Boston, Monkeychussets (The Last of Us X Ape Escape)

The players start off in a more urban area of the quarantine zone, driving underneath the ground via sewers to avoid capture by the soldiers guarding the QZ gates. Once you re-emerge, you see why it was guarded. Giant banners of Specter and his allies strung between skyscrapers, propaganda posters encouraging the humans to surrender (though in an incomprehensible language), and banana peels all around (hazards that function like tacks, but look more realistic than the Mario universe variation). On Lap 3, a trap is accidentally set off (by whichever racer crosses the line first) that alerts the apes to your presence. Dozens, then hundreds, then thousands start seeping out of their hiding places from every corner imaginable, running at full force towards the racers. Not that many actually make it onto the road, thanks to the efforts of Spike, Jimmy, Jake, and Natalie, as well as Tommy, Tess, Nadine, and Abby. There are still a few stragglers who do make it, and they'll hold onto your vehicle, which will slow you down, so you have to drive unsteadily or drift to shake them off - alternatively, you can bump into an opponent to pass off the ape.

Makes me wonder where are the infected?

Probably somehow got wiped out/killed by the apes leaving the city fungal free.

Summer Vacation (Boku no Natsuyasumi/Siren)
Boku.jpg

Arato_2.jpg

Theme of Boku no Natsuyasumi/The Buster!

Combining two relatively iconic but hard-to-translate-into-playability Japan Studio properties, we have our racers driving around in a calm, sunny town during the summer. You'll be racing around both the town streets and wide open fields, and you can spot sights such as the BNN protagonist trying to catch bugs. It's chill, it's nice, it's laid back.

Until that changes.

In the second lap, a fog starts to settle in and the townspeople have disappeared. In the third lap, you find yourself in another part of the town, one with more distinctly traditional Japanese architecture. The atmosphere is tense, and as The Buster! kicks in, you start to run into the Siren series' signature monsters, the Shibito (possibly somewhat toned down). A few of the weaker variants will run into your car as stage hazards, you'll also enter indoors areas where you can spot them in the background patrolling the area, looking for you. At the end of the track, you spot a pivotal moment in the game - you enter a portal into the realm of Inferno, where the ancient alien god Datatsushi awaits. You drive around him trying to dodge his attacks, and at the end of it you spot the protagonist, Kyoya Suda, defeating him. You then return to the town, leave and enter another open field as the atmosphere calms down and the sky is cleared again. You finish the race in the middle of said field, basking in the summer sunlight.

Race through a track inspired by the Grand Turismo series of racing games. It takes elements from all over the series and is a fairly simple track, featuring plenty of GT imagery and avoiding other cars. At a certain point the track will drive into a castle as fog fills the track. Then, a mighty Colossus from Shadow of the Colosuss will wander into the stage and pick up the track, the racers getting to drive up his huge frame.

A bit late, but this idea came into my head so why not:

Submit a mini-franchise with only items!
This is just a joke job, so it won't disconfirm anything. If this series is added later the AF items will be forced in though, so don't go full meme.

  1. Oil Tank - gives you a boost forwards
  2. Tacks - can be placed on the track as a trap
  3. Flame Power - Invincibility
  4. Exploding Traffic Light - Timed Bomb
  5. Homing Missile - Tracks down First Place.
  6. Dummy Wheel - Slides across the ground
  7. Speed Bomb - swaps around places of whoever it hits
  8. Ice Crystal - can be thrown as weak but rapid projectiles
  9. Force Field - single-use shield

I know the speed bomb is based on the magic wand from Garfield Kart, but it also isn't really a distinctly "Garfield" piece of iconography so I left it out for Pooky

I'm not sure if I can allow this due to a lot of them being references to properties not owned by Scott the Woz

Thought process was "what series has a lot of like items...or tools...or gadgets..."

Inspector Gadget

Oil Tank - Go Go Gadget Roller Skates
Flame Power - Go Go Gadget Coat
Exploding Traffic Light - Go Go Gadget Hat (which pulls out a cartoony bomb upon landing)
Homing Missile - Go Go Gadget Mallet
Dummy Wheel - Go Go Gadget Laser Finger
Speed Bomb - Go Go Gadget Lasso
Ice Crystal - Go Go Gadget Snow Gun
Force Field - Go Go Gadget 'Brella
Tacks - Brown Bricks

If that last one isn't allowed just make the tacks like uhhh Go Go Gadget Squirt Gun
