This might be a little tricky to explain - please submit a franchise that would have a different ratio of content from a usual season. There still needs to be 21 items in total (not including items and kart-associated wheels), but you can play around with how many of each item there is - want to drop a racer or two for extra tracks? Go ahead! want to have no racers at all and a surflus of vehicles, why not? Want every alternate costume to to to one character? Up to you! Please specify what changes you want, and if there's any extra condition to content. (for example, a franchise where every character has a vehicle automatically adding each character's vehicle when included) Please still include the first 3 racers as usual, unless there's less than 3 racers in which case include all of them. If you have no racers, please include 3 karts.

The racers are the cars. The racers would instead be vehicles, and we could perhaps still have extra vehicles. Wheels and Tracks would be the same.

So that'd mean there's 10 vehicles and no racers, correct? If this - or another franchise about talking vehicles - wins I'll probably also introduce an invisible racer who wouldn't contribute to the overall content count.

Speed Racer/Mach GoGoGo is an anime franchise that pretty much defined anime in the United States until the 90s. Since then, it spawned a franchise in America resulting in a live-action movie, an one-act play, toys, video games, etc. This franchise is kind of a big no-brainer to join a big crossover racing game as after all, the series is about auto racing.

Racers:

Speed Racer/Gō Mifune (the protagonist)

Racer X (The Masked Racer) (The mysterious character)

Trixie/Michi Shimura (The female rep, she is the girlfriend of Speed Racer and is basically the anti-Penelope Pitstop)

As for the unique ratio, I would say the same ratio Wario Wario Wario had for Wacky Races. I feel it's appropriate since Speed Racer is kind of the Japanese version of Wacky Races in a way.

This means:

• 6 racers
• 6 alternate costumes (one for each character)
• 8 vehicles
• 1 track

I feel this works fine, alternate costumes may be tricky but we just have to look deep for them.

How do you handle a franchise where the characters turn into the vehicles. Instead of adding extra vehicles, every racer we ads will have their vehicle form as a vehicle. This means two more vehicles than normal.

Which two pieces of content are cut to allow the extra vehicles?

Since this is a fighting game series I think it deserves a surplus of characters and there’s not really many good ideas for karts so three karts and two wheels will be cut to make way for 11 characters. And the first three characters I’m submitting (and probably all the other ones) will be on teams of 3 to represent that aspect of the series:
1. Team Hero (Kyo, Benimaru, Shun’ei)
2. Team Fatal Fury (Terry, Andy, Joe)
3. Team Super Heroine (Mai, Yuri, Athena)

I think I will allow this - mostly because if I weren't to there'd be pretty much no chance at all for a Thomas expansion in later expansion series jobs. This only applies to this specific job and franchise combination however.

Based on a mode from Nick Kart 3, each team has an assigned paint colour and needs to cover the stage the most a la Splatoon. Paint will also come out of items.

Track: Vehicutopia

A nice and breezy utopian city in the clouds, there's tons of racing theming. It's a relatively tricky course.

Catalytic Cavern

A collection of caves which shines pinkish-purple thanks to the many neon crystals and critters seen on the walls. Large tire tracks along with giant, empty oil barrels seem to suggest some kind of monster-esque automobile has taken refuge in these caves. It looks like the place used to be a mining facility but has long since stopped activity - you might see a discarded helmet or a pickaxe here or there.
