Smash Wii U Tournament TODAY 3/13 (5PM EST)

From the utter failure of the last Twitch tournament, DCUgaming feels the need to redo the event of "Smash.It.Up". The reason why this tournament will be better is because were going to organize the bracket by 16 less to make sure no additional people leave and leave empty loser's bracket match.

Here are some things I need to address as additional news

-Cosmic will help out this time

-Loser's bracket will not be streamed

-Everyone friend streamer "CgWorldNation97" right away, People from last "SIU" will have to do it again. Accepting NNID requests starts on Sunday 3/8 5pm est.



Fell free to leave opinions and questions for the previous tournament's bust and this new one. I want to make a good stream tournament for DCU. Other then that, the same Tourney rules apply:

• Game Settings: 2 Stock, 5 Minute Time Limit, Items Off, Equipment Off, 2/3 Games
• Custom moves are allowed.
• Starter stages: Battlefield, Final Destination, Smashville, Town & City
• Counter-pick stages: Castle Siege, Delfino Plaza, Duck Hunt, Halberd, Lylat Cruise & Kong Kungle
• Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
• You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.
• ALL PLAYERS MUST FRIEND THE STREAMER'S NNID: CgWorldNation97

Day of tourney, go to the Twitch the DCUgaming twitch account to as the chatroom for your opponents and the stream at the earliest @4PM EST before the tourney starts at @5PM EST.

Quick observation and question for you. Stage striking won't work with only 4 starters, I'd recommend either moving Final Destination to counter picks or Halberd/Lylat to starters to solve this.

Also is there a stage ban for the player who won the previous match?
