I have to admit, most new gen Pokemon give me a chuckle for one reason or another, but I am really liking the 'mon crop for this gen.

I think I'm pleasantly surprised by this news. The new Pokémon look great, they really went for the unique abilities this gen, it seems there are no (real) gyms and I'm always in for trying to mix up a formule. I'm not entirely convinced about the Z-Moves but I guess we'll have to wait and see. That Totem Gumshoos, though.

The best possible guess is that Smash 3DS / Wii U has pretty much concluded with its new contents, and there won't be anything else to add to that game either.

Long time no see. I was wondering where you had been.

And as for why we won't have an 8th thread, Xenforo's limitation that forced us to start over ever 2000 pages has long been fixed, and it was really only being done for the sake of tradition. 7 is good number to end it.

I kinda wish Alola Exeggutor was the third evolution (or at least a new evolution of Exeggcute via a new evolution stone) and not a different form of Exeggutor... it could have been called Exeggosaur or something.

The same goes for some of the Mega Evolutions... they could have been new evolutions instead of temporary evolutions.

Well, the Pokémon Sun and Moon news are really great. The Alola variations remind me of Monster Rancher 3, when depending the region your monster will be different.
