    March 8, 2018 will go down in history as the day which some of esport’s most eagerly-awaited news was announced. Fans have finally been told to expect a Super Smash Bros. game for the Nintendo Switch, and before the year's end at that. Many Smashers had given up hope for a new title coming out any time soon, but of course there were others who just knew our blessing was nigh. The internet is now buzzing with hype and speculation. See the official Nintendo Direct along with some of the Smash community’s reactions below!


    Our first reaction on the list is that of Super Smash Bros. Melee god Adam "Armada" Lindgren, who shares his ever calm and collected excitement:
