Hey folks, I am hosting a smash tournament in Perth Scotland for anyone interested, there is more information on a facebook event which you will be able to see under events if you join the Smash Scotland facebook group.



Featuring


Main event: Melee singles

Side events: Melee doubles, PM singles and PM draft crews.

£12 entry includes Melee singles and venue fee £2 entry per side event ( PM draft crews is free).

Registration begins at 10am and the tournament starts at 11(ish) with Melee doubles.

RULES


GENERAL RULES

Bring your own controller, no turbo buttons etc.

Pausing without consent will result in the person who paused losing a stock.

Daves Stupid Rule (Modiefied) You cannot counterpick the last stage you won on without your opponents permission.

Gentleman’s Clause: Any stage may be played on if both players agree to it. This rule takes priority over Dave's Stupid Rule

Stage Striking is in effect. (will be explained on the day.)

May look into trying to attend this. Pretty new to PM but would be nice to attend a tournament and learn a lot.

Thats great! Tournaments are the best way to get better at the game, even if you don't do well in the tournament itself there are loads of chances to play friendlies with a variety of people. And its just fun generally.

If you aren't a member of the smash scotland group on facebook you should join, its a great way to find out about stuff happening in your area.
