Smash 64 online tournament

So I've been looking around the internet for some online smash 64 tournaments but I can't seem to find any, so if their is anyone else interested in doing this, that would be cool. Project64K would be the preferred emulator.

I'd be totally up for doing that, I play Smash 64 with my friends at school during lunch everyday, and I think it'd be awesome to try to get into the competitive scheme a little bit.
