It's good for a manga to be finished. Otherwise, it's just gonna end into a DBZ type of manga. The only exceptions is JoJo, who's still running to this day.

But at the very least, the format makes up for that, with each part being its own story with a new set of characters (with old ones) and stands. That's where JoJo made an intelligent move : having different parts can make a manga go far, while still looking fresh. And anyone can really just get into it without knowing the other parts, even though it's better to know the first parts to understand the story better.

Araki is just intelligent. Toriyama made some mistakes he shouldn't have made. Thus, we have a never ending manga that keeps coming to this day, but looks boring or just ridiculous.

I know that a Manga need to have a ending to a moment but......The ending is just so much sad.....And i follow this manga since the begin.....I liked so much the character that now that i will never more see there adventure, i just can't keep to be a little sad inside....but hey, that's life i suppose, right? And the best i can offer is to buy the last tome when they will coming to my library. Oh yeah, i will buy them that's for sur!

Sure, the DBZ universe is big, but it doesn't excuse the mistakes Toriyama made to his characters and the lore itself.

Gohan, as an example, is one of the characters who suffered from the fans in Japan. Toriyama wanted him to be the new Goku, a new character that could replace him. But when Gohan did something good, the fans were whinning. Thus, with the Buu sage, Toriyama nerfed the character so hard, Gohan just became a joke. He made a bad decision in my opinion, it ruined the lore quite a bit.

Or how about the Buu saga that was never meant to be there to begin with. Again, fans wanted a "follow up" to the Cell saga, wich never needed one. Thanks to that, the Buu saga was confusing, with a ridiculously overpowered villain that destroyed the main concept of Cell (the perfect being), putting Goku back as the main hero and destroying the whole plan of Toriyama to actually make DBZ look fresh in the end.

Yeah, for me, fans ruined DBZ quite a lot.

But let's stop talking about this subject. It always ends up on me talking crap about DBZ and others who are defending it.

Well since I'm working during the Smash stream (and just learned I'm working ****ing tomorrow too) I'm trying to find the best site to watch the thing after I get home from work with the most minimum amount of spoilers before I see it (which also means I don't visit either Smash 3DS/Wii U DLC shop pages before then too). I've narrowed it down to 3 possible sites:

Cons- Not 100% sure this site will actually host the video
