Smash 4 CSS/SSS?

Just wondering, since you can mod the CSS and SSS, (like what Project M did) is there a Smash 4 CSS/SSS? I trying to recreate the Smash 4 feel in Project M and the selction screens aren't really doing it for me.

You don't need to create one (although that would be pretty nice,) I was just wondering if there was already one.
