(note: The data below is a rough draft. There probably are mistakes so if you find any, please correct me.)

Here are some frame stats for Simon. The numbers are frames. Smash Bros Ultimate runs at 60 frames every second.

I used Simon against Marth in training, then used the frame-by-frame game speed option to count.

Thanks, and please feel free to make corrections and additions.

Examples
hit: 8 (that means the first attack hit happens 8 frames after you press the button to do the move)

shield: 2 (that means your shield comes out 2 frames after you press the shield button)

If you turn on invincibility on the training mode settings it will show you when a move makes you invincible and which parts are invincible.

Here is an odd one I found: On frame 1 of pressing shield the Belmont's head will become invincible till covered by the shield. When letting go of shield the head will become invincible for 5 frames starting the frame you let go. You can act before frame 5 too(tested with up b).

This isn't height dependent or anything too. I tested with Ike, who is taller, and he had no such property. This may be unique to just the Belmonts. It may be meaningful in certain matchups that get spacing focused as they are more likely to aim for a target as small as your head(ie Marth, Belmont dittos).

Also upB is invincible on frames 5-6 and frame 7 starts the actual attack. Because the game has 6.5 frames of input latency you can use it as a true DP to get rid of anyone who is getting in on you and they cannot react to it. They would have to read it.

I found that upB's attack starts on frame 6, with an invincibility frame. Maybe you didn't stand close enough to the enemy?

I wasn't checking for the hit really and just went with when I saw the knife. I was more interested in the invincibility.
