Welcome, weary traveler. This Thread is for the budding Writer or Artist seeking to show the world the extent of their imagination and creativity (or if you're like me, you just like to show off :B). From Pokemon to Zanpakutoes, from Kamen Rider Belts to Super Heroes, the sky is the limit, and the only restriction is that of your mind. Come on down and show us what you've got cooking up in that head of yours!
Now, with introductions and welcomes out of the way, allow me to explain a bit more about what this Thread is and what it's for, if the above wasn't satisfactory.
This is a Thread designed for people who have always wanted to show off their Original Characters and/or Self Insert Characters for people to see, critique, and gape in awe at. Be it their powers, weapon, or personality, all are accepted in this thread; you may even post concept art or full profiles of your characters if you have them, So long as they are original in some sense of the word.
Stories involving OCs and SICs are also welcomed (be it an original story or Fanfictions), but please, if you must post them in this Thread, make sure that they aren't so long that they detract from the entire point of the of it. By that I mean, no absurdly long walls of text that detail the entire plot of the story and that takes up the majority of the page. That would both clutter the Thread, and make smaller posts look insignificant compared to the noticeable length of it.
If you post a story, I would recommend posting a small, 500 word long preview of the story detailing events that might take place, and then giving a link to where the reader can read more of it (Fanfiction.Net and DeviantArt are preferred).
I encourage you to post whatever it is that you can come up with, and remember to have fun whilst doing it.
The only rules are as follows:
Be respectful to the works of others (Criticism is alright, so long as it is constructive and has a point past, "i don l1ke!!!!111!!" or "Y0u sux!!!111").
Nothing that could be considered offensive or pornographic (I,E, no Hentai characters, stories or anything of that sort).
No plagiarism or blatant coping of any kind (I,E, no posting stories or characters made by other people and claiming them as your own).
