Shoto ledge grab problems

Since the start of Ultimate I've noticed I can't grab on the ledge when recovering with a Shoryuken as easily as I used to in Smash 4. Is anyone having the same problem, or knows how to shoryu-ledge grab properly?

I know exactly what your saying. I’ve noticed this as well. I’m unaware of a way to aid this issue though besides just trying to go lower so you grab the ledge at the peak of the shoryu. Apologies for not being of too much help.

Pretty sure this is the only way.
