Both of the links in the v0.2.0 post are linked to the v0.1.0 of the program. Not sure if this is just on my end or not but I would love to be able to use this program :)

Hey man this looks great! I just started analyzing important matches in smash brothers history and I was wondering if this program or could help me (sadly im on mac so idk what to do right now). Do you think you could help me find a way to use this program to analyze matches on youtube rather than netplay, or instead have me maybe recreate the matches on TAS or something, although that sounds harder than actually doing it by hand, either way great program.

I'm sorry, but this program does not analyze videos. It needs to have the game being played. If you do have a way to replay the match via a TAS or some other replay method it should work. The program does not discriminate between actual people playing or if it is being replayed by the computer. Keep in mind if the game is being played in slowmo, it might not track time based stats correctly (I could be wrong though).
