So does shine-grab just not work anymore? The shield armor is just too prevalent, should i just be doing nair-shine-nair as fox? I could still also use it as a mix-up right?

Yeah you can still use it as a mix up.

It definitely works, but you have to be sure you are just doing it fast enough to properly pressure an opponents shield with your shine hitbox, then immediately perform the grab. Its true you can get grabbed out of your shine now, but you can still shine grab faster than someone who is grabbing OoS.
