Shield Dropping as Mewtwo

Is there any applicable use for using Shield Dropping as M2 when you are on the lower platforms (BF and FoD's lower two for example)? It seems like M2 is too tall to get any attack.

Shield Dropping isn't the best tech to learn on mewtwo. Only applicable things i can think it can be used for is probably shield dropping into a fast-fall N-Air L-cancel. But regardless Wavedashing and movement all together is more important
