It will always sadden me that Sega didn't allow Puyo Pop, Phantasy Star, Sakura Taisen, and Valkyria Chronicles characters in Sega All Stars Racing because they were more popular in japan and SASR games weren't planned for Japanese release.

That is strange. The SASR games have weird roster picks to begin with though.
