Seconds, Anyone?

I just looked at the record for this, and I thought I would have beat it cause my record was

0.72 seconds (not even a second)

Put I found out that some guy used jigglypuff and got a time thats like 0.40 secs

Anybody knew how he did that?

i did less than that with a knee,and you can make it faster than jiggs pullin out a 9 with mr game and watch

with jiggly puff he just jumped and used rest..i only got 0.46

yeah mines like .5 something with rest.

no....rest is the fastest way to do it

fastest ive done it is 0.76.im gonna try it with jiggly sometime this weekend i guess.
