Does anyone knows of sites to finds mods(like texture and such) for melee? People said that there are here but i havent found that fit what i want.

Well look, what I recommend you look for is an editing program known as "crazy hand" is a character editing program in which you enter your ISO of Melee in the program and you can edit the attributes and subactions of the game characters, It is a bit difficult to use but I recommend it if you want to modify things in the game.
